As a Product Designer, my goal was to create a user-friendly, intuitive, and efficient asset management solution that caters to the specific needs of administrative and financial professionals. This involves conducting thorough user research, implementing a structured UX process, and developing a high-fidelity prototype that can be tested and iterated upon.

Adminstrative head, CFO, and financial accounts
Currently, Xpress Payments and Solutions Limited lacks a centralised asset management system, leading to:
Time-consuming manual processes (data entry, audits, and tracking)
Frequent asset loss and mismanagement due to lack of real-time monitoring
Data discrepancies between departments, making financial reconciliation difficult
Inaccurate asset valuation, affecting financial planning and reporting
Lack of insights for preventive maintenance and asset disposal
A streamlined, digital solution is needed to address these challenges and improve efficiency across teams.
Our asset management web application will let users track, manage, and optimise their company's assets, which will affect asset managers, operations teams, and financial departments by improving asset visibility, reducing costs, and increasing asset utilisation. We will measure effectiveness by tracking asset downtime reduction, cost savings, and increased asset utilisation rates.
