Jeon Ji-hye, a contemporary dancer, is actively engaged in art films and photography projects to popularize contemporary dance.
She was selected as a representative contemporary dancer for the Citizen Hall Artist Program hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and received the Excellence Award and Acting Award at the National Next-Generation Choreographer Competition. Additionally, she was recognized as a mid-career choreographer and her work was selected as an Outstanding Piece at the Seoul International Dance Festival in Tank.
Through various collaborations with domestic and international artists, including short films and interdisciplinary projects, she creates unique and innovative productions. In 2019, she performed as the main dancer in Persephone and Summer..., which won the Grand Prize at the K-Ballet World New Choreographer Competition at the Seoul International Ballet Festival.
Furthermore, in 2022, she was selected as a professional judge for A TV show'Street Man Fighter' and served as the choreography director for the short film TO THE DREAMS. She continues to be active in the field, collaborating with multiple photographers and artists on various projects.
