Our closing time is 10 p.m., and we kindly request that pets be picked up the following morning to avoid incurring an additional boarding night charge. In the event that a pickup is required after 10 p.m., a daycare fee will be applied.

Answer:
For transactions amounting to less than $200, payment is expected upon the retrieval of your pet. However, for amounts exceeding $200, we kindly request owners to submit either half or the full payment at the time of pet drop-off, with the remaining balance settled upon the pet's scheduled pick-up. Your cooperation in adhering to this payment structure is greatly appreciated.
Q: Do we provide Grooming?

We exclusively offer bathing/blow dry services and nail trims, without providing haircut services.
