Protocol + Policies

1. Before you leave, you provide:

Primary + backup emergency contact
Preferred vet clinic + phone + address
Written permission to seek veterinary care
Spending limit for emergency care: ($$ depends on you)

2. In case of medical emergency:

I call/message you immediately
If you can’t be reached quickly, I go to your vet or the nearest open clinic
I approve treatment up to the spending limit
I send updates + receipts + vet notes.

3. In case of home emergency (e.g. leak, power):

Pet safety first
I contact you + your emergency contact
I coordinate with building admin/handyman only if you pre-authorize it

1. Booking Policies

Minimum booking: 2-day minimum for all bookings
Extra dog: +$5 per day (adjustable if care is heavy)
Booking confirms acceptance of the written quote/schedule/policies

2. Payment Policies

Deposit: 50% to reserve dates on booking day
Remaining balance due on the first day of service
Payment Method: SINPE Móvil or Cash
No deposit, no reservation.

3. Cancellation Policies

Cancel 6+ days before start date: full refund
Cancel 0–5 days before start date: deposit kept
Early return doesn’t reduce the total
