• Co-authoring a Research Paper: Currently co-authoring a paper on wearable health technologies in maternal health, with plans for publication in 2025.

• Implemented New Workflow Process: Contributed to implementing a new workflow process for easy patient information retrieval using color grading, improving efficiency in data management and patient care coordination.

• Contribution to Research on Sugar Beverage Tax: Contributed to research that supported the implementation of the first Canadian sugar-sweetened beverage tax in Newfoundland, aimed at addressing obesity and chronic diseases.

• First-Class Undergraduate Degree: Graduated with a first-class degree in Biochemistry and Nutrition.
