I am currently a Master’s student in eHealth at McMaster University with a focus on improving healthcare through technology. I have worked on projects during my studies, showcasing my ability to apply digital health solutions, project management processes, data-driven solutions, patient-centered care, and health system improvements
Achievements:
Co-authoring a Research Paper: Currently co-authoring a paper on wearable health technologies in maternal health, with plans for publication in 2025.
Implemented New Workflow Process: Contributed to implementing a new workflow process for easy patient information retrieval using color grading, improving efficiency in data management and patient care coordination.
Contribution to Research on Sugar Beverage Tax: Contributed to research that supported the implementation of the first Canadian sugar-sweetened beverage tax in Newfoundland, aimed at addressing obesity and chronic diseases.
First-Class Undergraduate Degree: Graduated with a first-class degree in Biochemistry and Nutrition.
