My name is Jennifer, the one that goes by Pink Shadow Art. I have been drawing since I could pick up a pencil. Drawing on walls, on schoolwork, and now in dozens of sketchbooks. 6th Grade of middle school was the year I took my art journey seriously. I learned that art can be a career. I got my first drawing tablet in 9th grade and from there I practiced almost every day doing digital art. Experimenting with art styles, I have an anime-like style with semi-realism coloring, but I want to branch out and develop more simplified styles to help me save time and have variety in my work.
I'm interested in many things but I stop myself because I felt like it was unreachable. But that's not the case anymore, I'm going to push myself even if it takes me a while, the road is never easy. In middle school, I wanted to be a writer and illustrator for books. I love thinking about stories, reading, and imagining myself in them. Later I wanted to be an animator or a storyboarder, Being able to tell a story through animation is so fascinating. Now I'm thinking about the comic artist path. I enjoy it and it's a lot of work but the end result is worth it. Storytelling is basically what I want to do. Share my stories whether it be from real life or fictional.
My art journey is just starting and I believe I'll reach my dreams.Â
