Instructor Led Training (ILT)

Overview

I designed this concept project for employees that are having difficulty managing tasks and meeting deadlines. I used the ADDIE model as a framework to plan and develop the course. I designed this ILT as the first in a series of three trainings on the Kanban method of task management.
