I have 10+ years of experience developing proposals serving in various roles as a Proposal Manager, Coordinator, and Writer, serving industries including: tech, academic assessment development, disaster recovery management, and biopharma/CRO.

I manage and coordinate content and budget development for large-scale, complex, multidisciplinary proposals to clients, winning multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts. I have experience developing playbooks, compliant outlines, matrices, templates, proposal schedules, kickoffs, color team reviews, and production utilizing the Shipley Process.
