All of our programs are designed to be completed in 12 weeks (3 months) and are broken down into 3 distinct phases. Each phase is carefully crafted to help you progress safely and effectively, no matter your fitness level. Our programs are suitable for anyone who wants to work out 2x, 3x, or even 4x per week.
As fitness professionals, we recommend working out at least 2x per week to see real results. However, we also advise not exceeding 4-5 sessions per week, as your body needs time to rest and recover for optimal progress. That being said, extra activities like cardio, group classes, yoga, pilates, or walking can complement your program perfectly and enhance your overall results.
Our best advice? Start small and build up. If you're completely new to fitness, we suggest starting with just 1x per week and gradually increasing as you become more comfortable. The key to lasting change is consistency and gradual progression. Remember, more isn't always better or faster results—it's about finding the perfect balance that works for you.

Full-Body Dumbbell Workout: Build Strength, Tone, and Burn Anywhere $110
