Performance Resume
As a teacher, I feel like being a working musician helps my credibility. This helps me keep my musicianship as high as I can, to help my students become the best they can be! The majority of my performance experience is in musical theatre (woodwind doubling - saxophone, flute, clarinet, oboe, as well as piano/keyboard). I have worked in multiple area jazz bands, such as the Lakes Region Big Band and the Bedford Big Band. I have a working knowledge of Mainstage programming as well.
Professionally, I always make sure my teaching comes first! If I am teaching full time, I tend to perform less (2012 and fall 2017/spring 2018, I wasn't teaching full time). If you notice, many of my performances are also over the summer.
SOLO RECITALSUniversity of New Hampshire, December 4th, 2010 - Performed a half senior recital, accompanied by Elizabeth Blood on piano, and the members of my own saxophone quartet which I formed, chose music for, and rehearsed - Stephanie Mailhot, Ian Nelson, and Phylicia Cicilio.
