At the time, the Nanyang Food Management brands (Ai-CHA, ZHENGDA, and Ai-KA) had brands that were already running for a year or two. It's decided there's a need to create a better brand kit, either through detailing each brand mascot's background, tagline, a message that the management wants to convey, and so many more. A few of the early stages of brand building are the first version of the brand board (left side) and the brand brainstorming session (below this text).

During my career in marketing and branding, I established an agency that contains an influencer community called GlowMates. Focus specifically on nano-micro influencers. On that scale, beauty influencers tend to have a more candid review and actively seek to connect with others. We grew the account @glowmatesofficial to 10.0000+ followers in under half a year. It led us to tons of opportunities with notable beauty brands. These are just some of the examples.
