1. GENERAL TERMS

• I retain the rights to display your commissioned art in my portfolio,to promote myself and for the purpose of advertising my service. (However, the artwork will be watermarked and displayed in low resolution.)

• I do not accept rush orders.

• Please give me credit if possible.

• Prices are subject to change based on demand.

• I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

2. PAYMENT

• When the employer receives a preview of the finished work , Please transfer the full amount within 5 days.

• Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY

For Artwork commission

• send briefs to reserve the queue and pay the full amount after submitting the skate
  ****If you contact me to reserve the queue. but don't give me a brief you will not be named in the job queue list on my Commission slot ****

• I will notify you when I have started on your commission

• 3 - 7 Days for sketch.

• After sketch approval I will start working for the final piece. The time it takes to finish your commission varies 3 - 7 days.

• You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price. A fee will be added after the 3rd round of changes. (2 us per round)

For Costume commission

• I receive your brief (Please fill out the brief form COMMISSION COSTUME page ) and then i will decide the price form your brief.

• After agreeing the price, pay a deposit of 16 US to reserve the queue.. if you failure to transfer the deposit within 5 days will be considered disqualification of the reservation.

• I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund

• You’ll get 3 Front sketches. You can choose one of them to be the final piece.
  - The parts of all sketches can be combined.

- The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 - 2 weeks.

- You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price. A fee will be added after the 3rd round
of changes. (2 us per round)

- It takes 3 - 7 Days to finish the back side of the costumes.

5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

The commissioner is allowed to:

• Non-commercial use only.
  **Commission for commercial use will need to be negotiated first, and will cost *2 times more than regular commission rate.**

• The commissioned artwork can be modified.But please inform me for permission from me.

• The commissioned piece can be given as a gift

• you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc

• You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.

• Can use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings or for donate to receive money.

The commissioner is NOT allowed to:

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.

• Impersonate their own works.

• Resell the commissioned piece.

• It is not allowed to sell the commissioned piece as NFT.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.

• Claiming the artwork as your own

• Removing my signature from the artwork

• Altering the artwork without my consent

7. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

• For Artwork commission, If you cancel your order after I have sent you a sketch. or has updated the work for you I'll refund you 50 percent of the full amount of the commission.

• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

• If you cancel your order before i send your sketch. or before i notify you when I have started on your commission. You will receive a full refund.

• If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

• If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
