I am a Senior Applied Engineer at Deepgram, where I partner with customers to design and implement Speech AI solutions, leveraging Deepgram’s speech recognition and language understanding models. My focus is on building reliable, high-accuracy systems that fit naturally into existing enterprise workflows.

Previously, I was an Applied AI Engineer at IBM Watson, where I led experiential client engagements and built domain-specific machine learning models tailored to client needs. Before IBM, I worked at Amazon as an Applied Scientist, developing machine learning solutions for noisy product catalogs with the goal of enhancing end-user experiences.

I received my Ph.D. from the Department of CSE at Ohio State University, with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP).  My research has led to the development of multiple supervised and semi-supervised machine learning systems capable of extracting structured information from noisy user-generated texts. I am passionate about advancing language understanding through ML models, including algorithms for minimal supervision learning and applications to streamline human efforts over time.
