Jennifer Fitzwater is a seasoned cleaning industry professional with over 47 years of hands-on experience across multiple sectors of the cleaning industry. Including residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and environmental cleaning.
She is the founder of JeniMaid, a proprietary residential cleaning service built on structure, consistency, and elevated home care-and the visionary behind Sanivra Environmental Solutions, a division of JeniMaid dedicated to advancing whole-room disinfection and environmental hygiene practices for homes, businesses, and facilities.
Jennifer is also the host of Cleaning Conversations with JeniMaid - Real Talk with a Pro Cleaner, streaming on Spotify (Podcast) and YouTube (social media), where she educates audiences on professional cleaning standards, industry evolution, and the growing importance of environmental hygiene. As the creator of the JeniMaid Way, Jennifer has developed a structured, high-standard approach to residential cleaning that challenges outdated perceptions of the industry and repositions housecleaning as skilled, professional work.
