Jen (Jae Eun) Choi

I am an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the University of Michigan.

I use archival and field analyses to explore managerial incentives. My research focuses on how incentives are designed, how people react to incentives, and how their reactions change firm performance. Especially, I am interested in understanding incentives in a supply chain framework. In my spare time, I enjoy tennis and yoga.
