Jeli's Portfolio

My name is Angelica Spruell but most people know me by Jeli. I'm 18 years old and I've been drawing or at least trying too since I was a child. 

Art has always been my escape from life and my passion.

 I spend hours or sometimes days or even weeks on my work. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my work. I'm learning to accept my art in its purest form of what is it. Passion and emotions on a page/canvas/screen.

 My plans in life for the next few years is to pursue my art education in college. The first two years at a community college and then transfering to a four year college. From Sierra College to Grand Canyon University, though plans may change as they always and I might choose a different 4-year college. After college I hope to pick up a job using my skills. Although I plan to work a part time job through out college to earn a living and gain experience, my hope is that after college I can use my degree to get a job that makes me happy where I can show my skills to the world and entertain others. I've always wanted to evoke emotion with my personal work, which is why I'm always so hard on myself with my own work. I've learned to have fun with my creations. Although, I still always want others to get something out of my work, and if not then i'm proud of myself for trying.
