Information for participants

Hotel

Rooms have been booked for all invited participants at Hotel Lorensberg, a 10 minute walk from the venue. Hotel costs are covered by the conference. Default is arrival on June 8th and departure June 13th, but please contact the organizers if you plan to travel on other dates.

Travel

Funding: Participants are expected to fund their own travel expenses, but should this be a problem then contact the organizers.

Airport(s): The local airport is Göteborg Landvetter (code GOT). It is also feasible to fly to/from Copenhagen (CPH) and complete the journey by train, which is a 3-4 hour journey. For train schedules, see this link.

Airport Bus: If arriving in Landvetter, the airport bus Flygbussarna is very convenient. It stops at Korsvägen (first stop after the airport) which is a 7 minute walk from the hotel. See this link for time tables.

Paying for local travel: On both the airport bus and local buses / trams, you can pay by contactless card.

Where: River Restaurant on the Pier

How to get there: The stops closest to the restaurant is "Eriksbergstorget" (500m) or "Eriksbergs färjeläge" (170m).
