Our Media Specialist is Deneise White.

Hello Jeffreys Grove Students and Families!

I am Deneise White and I am glad to be your Media Specialist. I began my WCPSS career in 2013 as a Long Term Sub . I have subbed in several areas to include Art, Drama, CCR and Media. I served in a media capacity for two and a half of those 5 years. In January 2018, I decided that I really enjoyed being in the library and I began the Masters of Library Science program at East Carolina University. I will finish the program in May.

I am Originally from Alexandria, VA, I graduated from Old Dominion Univiversity in Norfolk, VA. I moved to North Carolina in 1994 and I have lived in Raleigh since 2006. I have three children aged 23, 20 and 17. I enjoy bringing reluctant readers to the world of books. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, camping and hiking and playing with my dog Zoe. I look forward to getting to know your readers! - Ms. White
