This project involved designing a comprehensive onboarding experience for approximately 150 learners and their families.
Goal: Establish clear expectations, communicate program requirements, and provide learners with the resources necessary for success throughout the academic year.
The system I developed was designed to reduce confusion, increase learner accountability, and create a consistent experience for all participants.

Varying levels of learner experience and understanding were present. Classroom expectations, grading procedures, technology requirements, and performance commitments all had to be communicated effectively to all learners.

The onboarding system created a centralized source of information for students and families, reducing repeated questions and providing a consistent reference guide throughout the school year.
The combination of written documentation, visual presentation, and signed acknowledgement forms helped to establish learner accountability and clarified program expectations from the onset.
