I am a PhD Candidate in economics at Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, Canada. I have completed my dissertation defense and expect to receive my degree in May 2026.
I specialize in consumer demand, structural microeconomics, and applied econometrics. My job market paper develops a structural model of how households allocate consumption among members, using high-dimensional consumption data. More broadly, my research agenda focuses on using data with limited information to address welfare-related questions, including gender disparities in consumption, economies of scale in cohabitation, and the measurement of cost of living using high-frequency consumer data.
I will join the Department of Economics at National Tsing Hua University as an Assistant Professor in Fall 2026.
You can find my full CV here.
