Here is a Google form specially designed for the 2nd year PhD students!
In this form, you will be able to register to present your research work. You can either give a short talk (10 min of presentation followed by 5 min of discussion) or present a poster. Guidelines are described below.
Please note that participation is mandatory for all the 2nd year PhD students as well as attending to the full event !
This form will be closed on the 30th of june, so please make sure to register before this date !
Note that you also have to fill in the registration form !!
GUIDELINES :
- For Poster Presentation -
The poster size is standard A0 size (84,1 cm x 118,9 cm), portrait format.
Your poster must be in english ;)
- For Oral Presentation -
Each presentation should last 15 minutes (10min of talk + 5min of questions/discussion).
Please remember that the JED are open to a large scientific community. It is important to make your explanations clear enough for people with any kind of knowledge in biology.
Your powerpoint slides and talk must be in english ;)
