MEET YOUR PTC BOARDÂ
MEET YOUR PTC BOARDÂ
I joined PTC in 2022 after volunteering at Field Day the year before. Seeing all the students having so much fun and saying how much they were enjoying it. My son, Landen, said he didn’t want the day to end. I came home and told my husband that I wanted to be more involved with planning the activities. I also remember my mom being very involved with the PTC while my siblings and I attended Callison. I currently work at one of the local hospitals and also help out with my son's sports teams. I am looking forward to being a part of my son and nieces/nephews school experience and helping to make memories for all the students at Callison.
I joined the PTC board in 2020 and have enjoyed watching the excitement our events bring the kids here at Callison. I served in the U.S. Army for 8 years with one tour to Afghanistan and currently work as a healthcare specialist for VUSD and a home health nurse. My husband and I have two boys, Elijah and Isaiah. PTC has not just given me another opportunity to give back but it has allowed me to be a part of my children’s school experience in an effort to create fun, lasting memories.Â
I joined the PTC board in 2022. My husband Jake and I have two boys that attend Callison, Liam and Maverick. Being part of the PTC has given me a wonderful opportunity to be a part of their school experiences. On top of being mom, I work as a Dispatcher for an agency out of Napa county. As a prior Callison Cougar myself, I love being part of a team that supports, provides events for, and creates memories for the amazing students at Callison.Â
I am Kelley Natividad, also known as Kaiden's mom, my 5th grader at Callison. I have 4 sons, a granddaughter, 2 dogs, a cat and a gecko. We love to go camping, boating and have fun with family and friends. I have always loved volunteering at Callison since my son was in kindergarten. I not only love the pride on his face when he sees me helping, but when the other kids remember me from helping in their class. Hearing "Hi Kaiden's mom!" truly warms my heart! I absolutely love seeing our Callison cougars have fun at events like Field Day and the Hoot-n-Howl.
The heart of Callison Elementary. Since 2016, Cherita has worked tirelessly to make a different in our community.Â
As PTC president and a mom of 6 herself, Chertia has always put the students first. Whether she's here in the early mornings to assist school staff or late into the night to sort through holiday shop orders, there's no doubt of Cherita's committment to our kids.Â
Her last legacy includes buddy benches, family dances, bingo night, holiday shop, the electronic marquee and our brand new color run, just to name a few. Dances and events wouldn't be the same with out her amazing balloon arches and Cricuted masterpieces.
Her strong leadership has been instrumental in ensuring our organization follows strict state guidelines and allows our team to run smoothly.Â
Cherita, we cannot thank you enough for your dedication to creating fun, lasting memories for our children.Â
