Hi, I’m Justin! I’m passionate about helping you embrace your inherent wholeness through the tools of yoga. My mission is to equip you with practical, effective strategies to manage stress, quiet the mind, and navigate life’s challenges.
Let’s face it—life isn’t easy. From work stress to relationships, health, parenting, and finances, the pressures of modern living can take a toll on our physical and mental health. Like many, I didn’t grow up learning how to manage these challenges. That’s where yoga comes in.
As a certified yoga therapist, I specialize in supporting those dealing with anxiety, depression, and addiction. I’ve also worked with clients facing eating disorders, PTSD, cancer, IBS, and more. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan tailored to your unique situation and lifestyle, empowering you to live life to its fullest.
My approach blends elements of various yoga styles, rooted in both science and philosophy. I strive to make yoga accessible, affordable, and adaptable for everyone, ensuring it meets you where you are—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
