This Privacy Policy describes how JDW Work ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Filipino Languages mobile application (the "App").
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored securely via Supabase). We store your learning progress, completed lessons, and in-app purchase status so your progress is saved across devices.
We do not collect your name, location, phone number, or any other personal information unless you voluntarily provide it.
We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve the App — specifically to authenticate your account and save your learning progress. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.
Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database service. Supabase processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at supabase.com/privacy.
The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove ads. Payments are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase data in accordance with their privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
The App is designed for general audiences and may be used by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. We will process your request within 30 days.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Account passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
