JDS Virtual Solutions was founded with one clear purpose: to help businesses grow by providing dependable, executive-level virtual support.
With years of hands-on experience managing and supporting startups, small businesses, and large enterprises, I’ve worked across diverse industries including SaaS, Finance, Entertainment, Telecommunications, Fashion, Real Estate, Technology, Business & Professional Services, Hospitality, Tourism, and Retail. Throughout my career, I have specialized in sales and marketing, operations, and virtual service delivery, supporting teams and business owners at every stage of growth.
My expertise spans virtual telemarketing and appointment setting, customer service (email, chat, and phone support), social media management and moderation, lead generation and CRM management, data entry and administrative support, and e-commerce operations across Shopify, Amazon, and WooCommerce.
Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how business owners struggle—juggling operations, managing data, handling marketing efforts, and overseeing execution from planning through delivery. It becomes overwhelming, and growth often stalls not because of lack of vision, but because everything rests on one person.
