About Department

The Department established in 1989 . The first appointment was of Dr Mrs P S Kokate and Dr Mrs Kadu Madam. There are two Botanical garden in the college premises. the department organises two short excursion tour in every year. the department also organises guest lectures. Tree Plantation Programme in college premises also organises by the department in every year. Students also participate in this activity. The department has well equipped laboratory. The department also has own library. Now there are three full time permanent Assistant professor and one Lab Attendant in the department.
