Joe Parker -Licensed Home Inspector

Joe Parker is the owner and sole licensed home inspector since September 2020. He has lived in Cape Coral, Fl. for 26 years, originally from South Texas, and served in the United States Marine Corps. Joe has spent most of his life building homes as a carpenter and also has many years with customer service. He takes pride in helping others and he is certain you will be happy with his service. As a licensed home inspector we are required to continue our education to retain our license.
