Hi, I’m Judy Dobbs, but I go by Marshal, and my soon-to-be married name, Normak. I consider myself a detail-driven and curious data enthusiast with a passion for turning numbers into meaningful stories. I first discovered the power of data while working in remote customer support and administrative roles, where I often found myself identifying patterns and streamlining processes to improve performance. That experience led me to pursue the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, where I gained hands-on training in SQL, spreadsheets, R programming, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
What excites me most about data is its potential to improve lives, especially in the healthcare space. I’m deeply interested in how data can reveal insights that lead to better patient outcomes, more efficient systems, and informed decision-making in public health. Whether it's cleaning messy data, creating dashboards, or spotting trends in health metrics, I love bringing clarity to complexity—especially when the results can make a real-world impact.
I'm particularly focused on health-related data analysis, including patient care trends, health equity, and operational efficiency in healthcare systems.
