1. General Terms
Payment and Availability: We only accept PayID for customer payments. Our services are currently available exclusively to customers in Australia. If PayID becomes available in other countries, we will expand our service to those regions.
Content Policy: We do not work with or create any inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable content. We reserve the right to decline any project for any reason.
Tipping: Tipping is optional. If you wish to leave a tip, please email us the desired amount ($27.50, $55, $110, or a custom amount over $165) and we will send you an invoice.
2. No Refund Policy
All sales for our services and items are final. We do not offer refunds for any of our services:
Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase. By paying for a service, you agree to these terms.
3. Digital Item Resend Policy
If you delete or lose a digital item you have purchased, we may be able to resend it to you. Proof of purchase is required.
Please be aware that we only retain digital files for a limited time period from the date of your purchase. After this period, we may no longer be able to resend your file.
4. Processing Fee for All Services
A non-refundable $55 processing fee is included with all service requests. This fee covers the administrative costs of initiating your project. This fee is separate from the final price of the service itself. A non-refundable $11 processing fee for Digital store.
5. PC Tutorial Service Terms
1. Access and Requirements To access our tutorial content, you must:
Provide an active, valid Gmail account. We use a private Google Group to deliver all tutorials and resources.
Maintain a stable internet connection to view the content.
Note that all tutorial content is provided exclusively in English.
2. Subscription and Renewal A single payment provides access to the tutorial service for a period of three months.
To renew your subscription after the initial three-month period, you must make a new payment. The renewal fees are:
Operating System Tutorials: $275.00 for an additional three months of access.
Office Suite Tutorials: $192.50 for an additional three months of access.
1. Content Policy We do not create or work with any inappropriate or offensive content. We reserve the right to decline any project that we deem unsuitable.
2. Custom Design and Freelance Pricing
Initial Project Fee: All custom design and freelance projects have an initial fixed price. This fee covers an agreed-upon amount of work to get your project started.
Additional Work: If a project requires more time than initially agreed upon, we will charge an hourly fee for any additional hours needed. We will notify you in advance with an updated time and cost estimate for your approval.
3. Language All design work will be completed in English unless you provide a script or content in another language. Please ensure all text you provide has been checked for spelling and grammar, as we are not responsible for errors in the provided content.
4. Print Quality Disclaimer Jdh Graphic Design is not responsible for the final print quality of any graphic design files. We provide high-resolution files suitable for professional printing. However, the final quality can vary depending on the printer, paper, ink, and specific printing program used. By purchasing a digital file from us, you accept responsibility for the print quality of your purchase.
1. File Delivery and Resend Policy Your purchased digital image will be delivered as an email attachment. It is your responsibility to download and back up this file immediately.

3. Usage Rights By purchasing a digital image, you agree to the following terms:

You may not duplicate, sell, or use this file for any commercial purpose.

3. Client Responsibilities To ensure the best possible design, we need you to provide the following information:
Room Details: Please specify your desired colors for each room, including choices for new paint, new flooring, or new lighting.
Photos: Provide clear photos of each room, including individual shots of each wall, the ceiling, and all existing furniture and lighting setups.
Layout and Items: Let us know if you want to keep the current room layout. If you wish to keep specific items in each room, please take photos and label the room and the items you want to keep.
Revisions and Additional Changes
Our project fees include up to two rounds of revisions. A "round of revisions" is a set of changes requested by you and applied by us. Once we've made the requested changes, that round is considered complete. If you require further changes after the included rounds have been used, a revisions fee will be applied at our standard hourly rate. We will provide you with an estimate for the cost before beginning any additional work.
Revisions Policy
Our initial project fee for all Graphic Design and Freelance projects includes up to two rounds of revisions.
A "round of revisions" is defined as a single set of changes requested by you. Once we have applied these changes, that round is considered complete.
If you require additional changes after the included rounds have been used, a fee will be applied at our standard hourly rate. We will provide you with a time and cost estimate for any extra work before we begin.
When you purchase a service from Jdh Digital Store, you are provided with a license to use the final design file for the purpose for which it was created. Jdh Digital Store retains all intellectual property rights and ownership of the original design concepts, working files, and all final designs. This allows us to use these designs in our portfolio and marketing materials.
This intellectual property policy applies to all graphic design work, including logos, social media graphics, and other digital assets. The final file we provide is for your business's commercial use. You have the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the final design for your business operations. However, you do not have the right to duplicate, sell, or commercially reproduce the design in any form for purposes other than the original intended use.
This policy applies to all interior design work, including mood boards, floor plans, and other digital concepts. The final files we provide are for your personal and commercial use to help you with your interior design project as defined above.
When you purchase a service from Jdh Digital Artwork, you are provided with a license to use the final design file for the purpose for which it was created. Jdh Digital Artwork retains all intellectual property rights and ownership of the original design concepts, working files, and all final designs. This allows us to use these designs in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Welcome to our Interior design 2025 membership portal! By accessing this service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of the portal and the Interior design services provided therein.
1. Service Description: The membership provides access to an online portal for submitting and managing Interior design requests. The scope of service is limited to the features and offerings outlined in your membership plan.
2. Membership Term & Fee: The membership fee is a payment of $1500, which grants you access to our services for the 2025 calendar year. The membership term begins on your date of subscription and concludes on December 31, 2025, regardless of your join date. The fee is non-refundable.
3. Renewal Process: To continue your membership after December 31, 2025, you will need to actively renew for the 2026 calendar year. The membership fee for the 2026 calendar year is expected to be $1500, but is subject to change. We will notify you of the renewal period and the final fee at least one month before the end of the 2025 term. Renewal is not automatic.
4. Project Submissions: The company reserves the right to decline any project that falls outside the scope of our services or violates our ethical guidelines.
5. 1 X Free JPG Digital Wall Art Design: New customers are entitled to one (1) free jpg artwork design. This offer is valid for a limited time and is subject to change. This design must be requested by December 31, 2025.
6. For Existing Customers Renewing in 2026: The one free jpeg digital artwork design granted with your 2025 membership will expire on December 31, 2025. Any unused credits from that period will become void and will not carry over. Upon your membership renewal payment $1500 for the 2026 term, the membership term begins on your date of subscription renewal and concludes on December 31, 2026 you will receive a new set of one free jpg artwork design.This offer is valid for a limited time and is subject to change. These new credits must be used by December 31, 2026, after which they will also expire.
7. free jpg artwork design credits: Any unused free jpg artwork design credits from a previous year are void and do not roll over into the new renewal period. Free jpg artwork design credits must be used by December 31, after which they will expire also.
8. Confidentiality: We will handle all information and materials you submit with utmost confidentiality. We will not share your data with any third parties without your explicit consent.
9. Intellectual Property: The free JPG digital artwork design provided is for your personal use only. The design, including all concepts, layouts, and elements, remains the intellectual property of the designer. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this design for personal, non-commercial purposes.This design may not be resold, redistributed, or used for any commercial purpose. The designer retains all rights to the design.
10. Disclaimer: All digital tools and resources provided are intended for conceptual and inspirational purposes only. While we strive to offer accurate tools, we are not responsible for the precision of measurements, scaling, or other technical data. It is your responsibility to verify all measurements, specifications, and details with a professional contractor or by using physical measuring tools before making any purchases or beginning any construction. We shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or losses resulting from the use of our digital tools.

You are granted an exclusive license to use the completed design as it was delivered. We retain the right to showcase said designs in our portfolio for promotional purposes. The designer retains the right to use and reuse the underlying design concepts, layouts, and stylistic elements in future projects for other clients. This does not include the client’s specific logo, or proprietary content.
