If you accidentally delete your digital item there will be a resend fee please provide us with your proof of purchase. Please note there is a limited time we keep your digital file after that period we may not be able to resend your digital file.

For all service requests there is a $55 processing fee. Please see service request price for our store.

You must create a gmail account to join our tutorial service group to view the service.

All content is in English language

The service once paid is valid for 3 months. If you want to renew your service you have to pay 

$275.00 for each operating system and $192.50 for each Office for a further 3 months subscription to view our service again. All content is English 

Graphic design and interior design:

For custom designs we charge the stock price plus a additional hourly fee for work.

for graphic design and freelance work if additional time is required there will be a charge see our pricing per hour for freelance work total amount of hours of work will be agreed upon before we start your design so we can cap your service price.  If additional work hours is required you will be notified in advance of a time estimate. All content is in English unless you provide us with script in another language. Please ensure you have checked your spelling and grammar.

Please provide us with photos of each room, each wall, ceiling and existing furniture and lighting setup. Let us know if you want to keep the same room layout and what items you want to keep in each room please take photos and label the room and items you want to keep.
