Practice Info

Our practices are held at the Juneau Wrestling Center, located at 3221 Mendenhall Loop Road.

Waiver Requirement
All students must have a signed waiver before participating. The waiver can be accessed using the QR code provided in the attached image.

Practice Schedule

Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

We encourage students to arrive on time and ready to practice.

This year, the wrestling program will be transitioning to sportsYou as our primary platform for team communication. The access code to join the JDHS Wrestling group is below.
