I’m Joanna Diaz, the founder of Joanna Diaz HR Consulting Solutions LLC, and a Human Resources leader with more than two decades of experience transforming organizations through strategic HR management, compliance excellence, and people‑centered leadership.

My career began in 2003, serving as a Program Director and HR Director in South Florida’s charter school system and Miami‑Dade County Public Schools. During this time, I built a strong foundation in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and state‑level compliance. From 2016 to 2022, I expanded my expertise in the legal sector, working with a prestigious insurance defense and commercial litigation firm in Downtown Miami. This experience strengthened my skills in legal risk management, documentation accuracy, and regulatory oversight.

In 2022, I transitioned into the healthcare industry in South Jersey, where I continued to refine my HR leadership capabilities—managing audits, improving HR operations, supporting executive teams, and ensuring full compliance across highly regulated environments. Today, I also serve in the green industry, applying my HR expertise to support operational efficiency and workforce development while building my consulting practice.

I hold a Juris Master Degree from Florida State University College of Law, specializing in Legal Risk Management, Contracting, and HR Compliance. This legal foundation allows me to navigate complex regulatory landscapes with confidence and provide clients with HR solutions that are both strategic and compliant. I am also a proud member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
