Meet the Founder

With over two decades of experience in the HR field, I am the founder of Joanna Diaz HR Consulting Solutions LLC. Since 2003, I have served as a Program Director and HR Director, overseeing comprehensive HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, and workforce training and development. My expertise extends to conducting state-level HR audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing HR processes.

I am a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and a graduate of Florida State University School of Law, holding a Juris Master Degree with a focus on Legal Risk Management, Contracting, and HR Compliance. This educational background enhances my ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes, providing robust HR solutions. 

From 2003 to 2016, I worked with Charter schools in South Florida and Miami Dade Public Schools, where I honed my skills in HR management and compliance. From 2016 to 2022, I worked with a prestigious law firm specializing in insurance defense and commercial litigation, in Downtown Miami. This role further expanded my expertise in HR and legal risk management. For the past two years, I have been working in the healthcare industry in South Jersey, continuing to develop my HR capabilities. 

My passion lies in helping businesses streamline their HR operations, maintain compliance, and organize employee records efficiently. I specialize in internal audits, compliance, employee file management, and training new hires, providing customized solutions that address the unique needs of each client.
