MAP OF THE CAMPUS

La Journée de la Francophonie will take place in the MH building (McKinney Humanities) this year.

Click on the MAP above and you will see the campus. To make it larger, click on the three black dots on the top right of your screen and go to Zoom +

There will be French flags to direct your way to the building.

There will be a race between 8 and 9am so some of the roads will be closed at different times during that hour but the organisers will redirect you. Make sure to let them know which event and which building you are going to.

Parking

Cars and Small vans. Arrival before 8:00 am or after 8:10 am.

Enter the campus from UTSA boulevard, turn into Ximenes Ave, ALL the XL grey parking lots will be available for free. If you enter Ximenes Avenue in your GPS, it will take you straight there.

Then walk to the MH following the flags.

Big buses

Enter the campus from N LOOP 1604 W, exit John Peace Blvd,  at the roundabout take the 3rd exit and drop off the students at the UTSA shuttle bus stop.  The bus will then follow the road and go park at the BK5 parking lot. 2 ways to do so : 

1. As the bus exits the campus on Peace Blvd, turn right onto the 1604 access road, turn right onto Valero Way, then right onto UTSA Boulevard, then right into Brackenridge Ave. and the BK5 parking lot is in front of you.

2.  As the bus exits the campus on John Peace Blvd, go straight under 1604, turn left and stay on the access road, turn left onto Babcock Road, turn left on UTSA Blvd and turn left into Brackenridge Ave , BK5 parking lot is in front of you.

Once dropped off, follow the flags to the MH.

•  Le manager de chaque équipe sortira une enveloppe à la fin de la dernière activité vers 14h20 et le groupe lira les instructions leur permettant de se rendre au trésor.

Les profs ne participeront pas à cette activité.

15h10 - 16h30       Cérémonie de clôture ROOM Business Building 2.01.02

Michael Rushforth, de COLFA, et Juliette Richoux, du Consulat de France, donneront les médailles aux gagnants des compétitions. Les trois gagnants de chaque catégorie seront appelés ensemble. 

Chaque étudiant, ayant obtenu le 1er prix, présentera son travail à l'assemblée.
