- Student must be a rising Junior or Senior in high school
- Student must have a 3.0 GPA
- Student must submit a letter of recommendation from a teacher or administrator
- Student must submit a one page letter of interest (Essay)
- Student must have completed Algebra I or qualify for enrollment in Algebra I for the upcoming school term
- Student must submit their transcript (unofficial)
- Completed Parent Consent Form - Download & Upload with Application
