1. Go to jcp.syf.com/activate on your browser.
   
   

2. Enter your JCPenney Credit Card number and personal information as requested.
   
   

3. Follow the on-screen prompts to verify your identity.
   
   

4. Create your online account if you don’t already have one.
   
   

5. Click “Activate” to finish the process.

1. Activate by Phone

Call the Synchrony Bank JCPenney Credit Card activation number (found on your card sticker). Follow the voice instructions and enter your card number and last four digits of your SSN.
