1. How do I reserve a dress?

Send us a message with your preferred dress and rental date. We'll check its availability and guide you through the booking process.

2. Is a reservation fee required?

Yes, a reservation fee of  200php is required to secure your booking.  A ₱200 reservation fee is required to secure your booking. The reservation fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total rental fee.

3. How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental period is 3 days. Please ask us if you need the dress for a longer period.

4. What sizes are available?

Our dresses are available in different sizes depending on the design. Send us your measurements so we can help you find the best fit.

5. Can I try the dress before renting?

Yes, of course!. You may try on the dress before renting to make sure it fits you well. We recommend messaging us first to schedule a fitting and check the dress’s availability.

6. Where are you located?

We are located in Iligan City. For our exact location and pickup details, please message us.

7. Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery within selected areas. 🛵 Delivery fees may vary depending on your location. Please message us with your address for the delivery rate.

8. What happens if the dress is damaged or returned late?

Customers may be charged additional fees for major damage, stains, missing items, or late returns. Please handle the dress with care and return it on the agreed date.
