　To those who belong to a Japanese organization:

　本学会組織はインボイス対応の法人登録をしておらず，参加登録料は不課税です．

If you want to cancel your registration, please notify us at
    jcdcggg_contact at googlegroups.com  (please replace at by @)
by September 4 (JST).  We will refund the registration fee you paid minus a 6% settlement fee. Please note that refunds will not be available after September 4 (JST).

Registration Fee

We have three types of registration: for regular, for student, and for student without banquet ticket.

Late Registration (from August 10 (JST)):

• For regular (including banquet ticket) Registrasion fee: 33,000 JPY

• For student (including banquet ticket) Registrasion fee: 25,000 JPY

• For student (without banquet ticket) Registrasion fee: 15,000 JPY

Early Registration (until August 9 (JST)):

• For regular (including banquet ticket) Registrasion fee: 28,000 JPY

• For student (including banquet ticket) Registrasion fee: 23,000 JPY

• For student (without banquet ticket) Registrasion fee: 13,000 JPY

Banquet 

We are planning to hold banquet on September 11th. A banquet ticket for an accompanying person (banquet only) is available for 10,000 JPY.
