This course offers fundamental introduction of organic chemistry, including nomenclature, structure, and reactions involving alkanes, alkenes, alkynes, and alkyl halides. Stereochemistry and characterization of organic compounds will be also mentioned.

Polymer Chemistry

This course intends to offer an introduction of the basic and contemporary topics on polymer chemistry.

Spectrometric Identification of Organic Compounds

The objectives of this course is to teach student to analyze and characterize organic molecules and materials by using various spectroscopic methods. We specially focus on training student to solve the spectra of various techniques.
