I am a tenured associate professor of statistics in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Mississippi State University. I earned my Ph.D. in Computing and Information Systems in the Health Informatics track from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2019 and joined Mississippi State University the same year. My research is highly interdisciplinary, spanning data science, health informatics, applied statistics, predictive modeling, and AI development. With a background in both computer science and statistics, I am passionate about applying my expertise to address real-world healthcare challenges and developing innovative data-driven methods and tools to fill gaps in existing analytical approaches.
