The increasing Training and Development demand set by industrial development in CaLaBaRZon paved the way for ISIP, Corp., a Training company based in Quezon City to mobilize its Training arm in the captioned region which signaled the establishment of JB Tizon Consultancy in 2013, an independent Training and Consultancy services provider based in the City of Cabuyao, Laguna, which initially focused on servicing companies within the region.

The succeeding years witnessed the growth of the business as it partnered with organizations and industries nationwide. To date, JB Tizon Consultancy strengthened its presence and widened its reach through its offices in Laguna and in the Business District of Taguig City.

With 20 years of combined experiences with local & multinational companies, JB is an HR Consultant at SMEChat.ph; DTI (Department of Trade & Industry) - Laguna Mentor; Training Facilitator at UpRush in Ayala Ave., Makati City; HR Business Partner of Pride Consulting Group, Inc. in BGC (www.prideconsulting.com.ph); Lead Consultant & Proprietor of JB Tizon Consultancy; HR Business Partner of Bonafide TPS (CaLaBaRZon); and HR & Marketing/Advertising Coach & Mentor in various organizations.

He also serves as HR and Marketing Consultant of companies located in the following business areas/districts: LISP I, II & III and CIP I & II in Laguna; Makati City; and BGC, Taguig City.

JB was a member of the DILG: LGRRC Multi-Sectoral Advisory Committee (MSAC), Philippine Society for Training and Development, People Management Association of Laguna (PMAL) and Laguna Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (LCCI).

He was Vice President for Administration and Planning of Colegio de San Juan de Letran, City of Calamba, Laguna (ISO 9001:2015 Certified, PQA Awardee) for 9 years, overseeing its Human Resource and Quality Management Departments and was concurrent Facilities & Safety Head.

As Trainer, Administrator, Entrepreneur, Consultant and Business Professor both in the Collegiate and Graduate Studies, his foundation in the areas of Human Resource Management and Development, Marketing and Strategic Management is complemented by his studies of AB Philosophy and Master in Business Administration (MBA).

JB started with Ayala Group of Companies' Banking & Finance sector as part of its Marketing Pool [International Banking: Remittance Business Division (RBD)] before his stints as Operations/Marketing Manager, Corporate Human Resource (HR) Department Manager, Learning (Training) Development Manager and Specialist, HR Director, Marketing Director and Consultant in industries such as Academe, Automotive, Banking and Finance, Construction and Fabrication, Engineering, Real Estate, Professional Services, Healthcare, BPO, HR Services and Management/Business Consulting.
