JB's Volleyball Academy is Now Open for the 2025 Summer Season
Attendance Protocol: Keeping your RSVPs up to date is crucial for running a smooth event and preventing delays..
Additions and withdrawals from an event must be made at least 48 hours before the event's start. Arrive no later than 8:00 AM. Play until 2:00 (2:30 for top level).
If a player has RSVP’d for a queens event but must cancel with less than 48 hours' notice (injury or illness), then they are required to notify Coach Lindholm via text ASAP, (717) 856-6440
Two or more instances of “no shows,” uncommunicated lateness,/early departures will result in removing a player’s RSVPs for future events and freezing their RSVP row. They will have to text Coach Lindholm to rsvp for any remaining summer events.
Player Limit:
We foresee having nearly 100 players sign up on any given day. Our program can accommodate up to 100 players PER DAY, so we will freeze the column if that number is reached. Please sign up for dates ASAP. Do not sign up unless you are sure you can attend. Whatever your status reads < 48 hours ahead of the event is what we expect from you.

Check In: When you arrive, go to the whiteboards, find your name on a magnet, and slide it to the LEFT to “check in.”
Pay Before Play: Hand checks/money to a COACH before playing. Players may not play without payment..
Waiver: The waiver must be submitted online before the first time playing for the summer.
Set up: Near the tent area only. Do not leave without speaking with a coach.
Injury: Notify a COACH immediately in the case of any injury, no matter how small..
Hydrate: Drink plenty of water and eat lunch and snacks. It is highly recommended that players bring a gallon of cold water each day.
Good Sport: According to the coaching staff's judgment, any participant found not to be a good sport will be asked to leave or be picked up without reimbursement. Always keep in mind that “Competition” means to “rise together.”
What to Bring: JB’s Volleyball Academy is not responsible for lost/stolen property. Keep track of your property. Everyone is expected to help leave the park cleaner than when we arrived.
1 gal of water - Snacks/Lunch - Towel or chair to sit on while off court and resting
Sunscreen - Bag - socks/sneakers highly recommended for play
Assigned groups:
Coaches assign players’ courts, partners, and opponents by placing magnets with players’ names on whiteboards.
Players are grouped based on their experience level and playing ability. Groups are primarily determined by the number of players attending at every level.. Where a player places at previous tournaments can result in future level adjustments..
If you believe you are in the wrong group, let a coach know. They will reevaluate your placement for your next event. No adjustment is guaranteed.
