JBristol Food Products was originally founded in 2018 by Mike Bristol, an architect by profession, an ex OFW based in Dubai, UAE. He is enjoying his corporate life abroad but due to an unfortunate event, he suffered from multiple hemorrhagic brain strokes in Dubai in 2017 and was comatose for several days inside the hospital. With God's divine intervention, miraculously, he gained consciousness, went back to his hometown (Tabaco City), and the rest is history.

JBristol Food Products focuses mainly to farming, production of organic white oyster mushrooms and processing of these oyster mushrooms such as Jacobo's Chicharon, Drexxs Okoy and Tapa. The business' mushroom growing house is currently located at P3 San Ramon, Tabaco City. Presently, it is co-managed by his older brother.
