Fitness goals
Profile photo (uploaded via camera or gallery)
Membership type, member ID, membership start date, and days remaining
Training session details (title, scheduled time, and who created the session)
Diet plan details, meal breakdowns, and diet-progress photos uploaded during plan reviews
Name, phone number, experience, certification, branch, and member ID
We use the information collected to:
Create and manage your gym membership profile
Schedule and display training sessions
Track and manage diet plans and meal-photo uploads
Allow trainers to manage assigned members
Improve app functionality and user experience
The app requests camera and photo library access solely to let you:
Upload or update your profile picture
Upload diet-plan meal photos for trainer review
Photos are uploaded only when you explicitly choose to do so and are stored securely on our servers.
Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on our backend servers. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
We do not sell your personal information. Your data is only shared:
Between you and your assigned trainer, for the purpose of managing your membership, sessions, and diet plans
With service providers who help us operate the app (e.g., hosting providers), under confidentiality obligations

JB Gym is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
