You must print out the last page, fill out the information, sign, have your parent/guardian read and sign, and turn in by 9:15AM on Friday, of the second week of school. You may turn into my mailbox in the AAA office during the summer and the first week of school; contact AAA prior to arriving to make sure the office is open.
