About the Artist

Jazmyn Baptiste is currently a CUNY student, aspiring to be a prominent digital illustrator and designer. Having developed multiple stories and characters, she primarily uses digital software and other tools, such as Medibang Paint Pro and drawing tablets that have all seen a very fulfilling life. She is no stranger to picking up a piece of paper and pencils for traditional work. Her greatest inspirations are quite simply, the various medias she has been consuming for years---whether that be TV shows, comic books, indie animation, or video games. One of the greatest lessons she has  had to learn while pursuing this interest, is to simply be proud of who you are. Your identity should not prevent you from exploring other interests and making a name for yourself. She hopes to have her work featured in several shows, graphic novels, and animations as she continues her career journey.
