Customer/Business Regulations

*Quotes are good for 2 weeks for new customers.

* One Time Jobs -Payments must be made in two parts: First payment is expected at the signing or agreement of quote and payment must include half of the cost of the work to be completed. Payments are to be made on or before their bill due date, failure to make payment could cause a delay or interruption of service. 

*If the quote is for monthly service, then payments must be made at the beginning of every month before service is provided.  If at any point in time, a homeowner customer wishes to cancel his/her service, they must give a 30 day notice.  One time cuts are priced higher than monthly cuts, for monthly cuts there is a discount that will not apply to the one time service, so if client decides to cancel service before the month is complete, he will generally receive a payment increase of $10-$50 dollars depending on the amount they pay for monthly service. Example, monthly bill is for $80 a month, if client cancels when service was done one time, then his or her bill will be around $30-$50 dollars. 

*Prices may vary depending on size of yard and amount of work done in that first service provided.  Before beginning service clients will receive an official quote document, in that document job requirements will be specified, anything not written in that quote is not part of the contract, so a pre-agreed additional charge will be added.

*Mowing height will be determined at the discretion of the workers, if client has a preferred mowing height please let us know.

*Installation of plants do not have warranty included. Customer has the right to deny plants at the time of installation, not after. It is out of the control of the JB Family Lawn Care team whatever happens to the plants months after installation. Please be aware of this. We do strive to pick healthy plants for installation, but nature can take its course and plants condition can deteriorate because of overwatering, underwatering, weather conditions, bugs, etc. Please be mindful of this since these are not things that are under our control.
