To Provide Services: Managing user accounts, generating secure QR access codes, and verifying resident or guest identity at security checkpoints.
Security & Safety: Monitoring entry logs to ensure the safety of the estate and preventing unauthorized access.
Communication: Sending you administrative notifications, such as access code confirmations or changes to estate rules.
App Functionality: facilitating the management of properties and user roles (Admin, Security, Resident).

We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personal Information to third parties. We may share information in the following situations:
Service Providers: With third-party vendors (such as Google Firebase) who perform services for us, including data hosting and authentication services.

Estate Management: Data regarding entry logs and resident details is accessible to authorized Estate Administrators and Security Personnel for operational purposes.

We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Access logs and history are retained for a specific period to ensure security auditing trails, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
