My Role: Operation and Maintenance of Coal Gasification Pilot Plant, Mathematical Modelling and Optimization of “Coal Gasification Process” using CFD software. I am acquainted with performing R&D’s on Pressurized Fluidized Bed Gasification. I am conversant with the fluidization principles in Bubbling Fluidized Bed, Circulating Fluidized Bed and studying Modeling & Simulation of Coal Gasification process using CFD software (FLUENT, ANSYS 13.0). Further, I had also worked on “Modular Continuous Reactor System for aqua conversion of heavy fractions of refineries” with HPCL team.

My Role:
I was recruited there as Graduate Trainee and was working on different CAD and CAE software’s like ANSYS, CATIA V5, AUTO CAD and HYPERMESH. I was also involved in training programme on AUTO CAD for 30 engineering students at MIT (Muzafferpur) and ANSYS for 20 engineering students at BIT (SINDRI).

BE Project : Design & Development of Pressure Reducing cum Desuperheating Valve (PRDS).
Organization : Steam And Fuel Economy Engineers (SAFE), Pune
Tools Used : Solid Works.
Role : I had done the design and manufacturing of Pressure Reducing cum Desuperheating Valve as my Final Year project. The valve was designed to reduce the steam pressure and steam temperature in a single unit.

Project : Development of Flow Coefficient (Cv) Test Rig for Control Valve.

Role: I was involved in designing the Flow Coefficient (Cv) test rig to study the performance of control valve.
Duration : Nov 2009 to Dec 2009.
Project : BAJA 2010.
Organization : The BAJA SAE INDIA.
Tools Used: Catia V5 R17, Ansys 12.0.
Role: I had designed the Roll Cage of the All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) using CATIA V5 and its analysis was done on ANSYS software. It was presented at national competition “BAJA 2010” held at Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI), Pune.

Project Description: I had built a manually controlled robotic arm which consists of links to grip objects of different shapes from a raised platform and transport them to a stacking area without touching certain restricted area. My preliminary design report was selected there as Best Team Design Paper (TDP).
