Global Project

Description

-For this project my partner and I chose to research Switzerland and Japan. We were asked to find each locations population, demographics, what languages are spoken there, the climate, the technology usage and culture, the digital divide, and lastly the E-Waste management for both locations.

Something interesting I learned from researching Japan is that their populations is steadily declining every year and it has been doing this since about 2010-2011

From this project I learned a lot about both Japan and Switzerland. I have learned about the kind of people who live there, some of their cultures, some of the languages that the speak, and even how many people live in each location. I got a chance to see the differences between those places and the U.S specifically where I live in Maryland. The biggest take away I got from this project is that there are other places outside the United States that are technologically advanced, and that some places are even seen to be more advanced than us.
