I'm Jagath Samarasinghe and I'm a Executive Chef by profession. Well, this is my website, it’s all about cookery. I started over 10 years ago to teach myself how to cook and then share everything I’ve learned with my readers. It is a labor of love and every day I learn something new to share with you.
