Clarity Clean

Clarity Clean is a collaborative design initiative focused on creating accessible kitchen tools for individuals with visual impairments. Born from a shared commitment to inclusive design, the Clarity Clean product line reimagines everyday dishwashing through high-contrast color cues, ergonomic forms, and intuitive functionality.

Our two flagship products—the Clarity Clean Sponge and Clarity Clean Dish Rack—work in harmony to support independent living. The sponge features a tactile, egg-shaped body for secure grip and targeted soap dispensing, while the dish rack incorporates bold color-coding, tiered guides, and high-visibility materials to make drying dishes easier and safer for those with low vision.

The Clarity Clean Sponge is an inclusive, ergonomically designed dish-cleaning tool created specifically for individuals with visual impairments. Its large, egg-shaped body provides a secure, non-slip grip for confident, controlled use. Bold color contrast between the vibrant pink body and green handle enhances visibility for users with low vision, while the replaceable yellow-and-black scrubbing sponge offers strong tactile and visual feedback during cleaning.

For added functionality, the green base twists open to allow soap to be dispensed directly through the sponge—ensuring users can effectively clean without missing the target area. Thoughtfully engineered for independence, Clarity Clean brings together intuitive usability, comfort, and high-contrast design to support autonomy in everyday kitchen routines.
